TARGET AUDIENCE
This accredited activity is targeted to registered nurses or nurse practitioners. Estimated time to complete this activity is 780 minutes (13 hours).
GOAL
To equip primary care nurse practitioners with up-to-date guidelines and best practices for licensure or recertification, and to provide safe and effective care. The course focuses on clinical knowledge in the domains of assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation for common conditions in the various systems, including cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal, renal, endocrine, among others. Furthermore, this course is designed to provide practice for FNP credentialing tests administered by the ANCC and AANP.
Upon completion of this course, learners will be prepared to correctly answer questions in nurse practitioner board exams and posses the up-to-date knowledge necessary for practice.
